How long does my order take to ship?
Each order is carefully hand-packaged and curated with love. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and preparation before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items purchased. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely.
What is your return policy?
Because each order is custom curated specifically for the recipient, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at graydaisydesigns@yahoo.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
GrayDaisy Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at graydaisydesigns@yahoo.com.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
